1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for gaming accessories within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and promotional items included.
  • You must have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are damaged, opened, or used unless the product is defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic or safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened or used headphones, headsets, or other personal audio equipment.
  • Digital downloads, software, or gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all parts, accessories, and documentation are included.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer support team. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the item for a different product, we will ship the new item once we receive the returned one. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with returning the defective product and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs.

7. Address for Returns

Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with the correct return address. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at admin@inylax.xyz.
